If you take your eyes off the road for 5 seconds going 55mph that's the equivalent amount of driving the length of a football field. That's insane! 82% of Americans ages 16-17 own cell phones 52% say they have talked on the phone while driving and 34% say they've texted while driving. That's pretty scary I’d say. So in my history class last year my teacher asked the class with a raise of hands who has texted while driving and an incredible 95% of us raised our hands including me. We all looked around the room in shock. I have changed my ways. Is a text that important you have to endanger yourself and those around you? Think about it.

Texting and Driving
My main focus for this blog is any situation with texting.
So this week we're going to talk about texting and driving. Here are some

ReplyDeleteMy step mom ALWAYS texts or does other stuff while she's driving and I get so mad at her. She's easily distracted in the first place and her texting doesn't help at all! You should do a post on distracted driving, it's crazy what people do!
